Touching the base of the sandwich, it was just freezing like the inside of a fridge. Frozen chocolate, hard as a rock sticking out of the dessert. Pink wafers sitting on top and bottom wrapped like a blanket on the cold dessert. So irresistible to eat.

I like the way you described how cold the dessert felt. I have made one like this but it melted in my hands when I was eating it. Did you know that the only way you tell when ice cream is expired is when it feels like chalk or when it does not taste good. Did you feel like a second ice cream sandwich?
