Planting the white crosses

FullSizeRender.jpg

WALT: commemorate Anzac day

On the 23rd of April is when rm11 and 12 planted white crosses into the ground next to the Glen Innes School sign. We made the crosses for the soldiers who died during WW1. Mercer was 17 and he was the first to die in the war. That is why we had made the white crosses for the remembrance of the soldiers who fought at war.

Hi lana , I like that you were wearing your poppy and that you planted your cross in the ground. The soldier I was researching was Richard Travis. What soldier were you researching about?
